Hi, I'm Sarah.

I started Fuss & Frolic to build on 15 years' experience as an Organizational Development professional and to combine three things I love:

• Designing and facilitating experiential learning and strategic group engagement,

• Applying the principles of improvisation to my life both at and outside of work, and

• Creating community with the people around me.

I believe in the power of connection and the need for practice, to help us show up and make an impact in ways that are important to us.
